In-person with cash or card. If you’d like to pay in cash or have any questions about one of our culinary concepts, pay them a visit! Each vendor at ESC is staffed to answer your questions, give suggestions, and take your order.
Try our tap wall! Activate a card at the host booth and pour your own drinks! We have nine tap beers, a cider, a white wine and a rose available. Just pay by the ounce!
Alcoholic beverages are available at the bar.
